Stop wasting time and money

About Us

In the management of a protocol for cleaning large surfaces, it is important to pay particular attention to the cost of personnel, and therefore to the hourly cost of the operator. Generally, management costs are very relevant, about 83% for labor, 7% for detergents and equipment, leaving 10% for management costs and profit.

With a traditional cleaning system, using buckets, mops, vacuum cleaners, etc., an experienced floor attendant cleans a departing room in 25-30 minutes (depending on the condition in which the room is left), while a room in stay takes about 15-20 minutes to sanitize with a specific detergent the remote control, television, handles, telephone, and whatever else. Particular attention should be paid to the sanitary fixtures, for which there is an obligation to clean them thoroughly without leaving any traces. Subsequently, the surfaces of the toilet, bidet, and shower are well sanitized, removing all encrustations and limescale. Lastly, but not least, vacuuming is done in every corner of the room. Considering that it takes an average of 2 to 5 minutes to make the beds, the actual cleaning has a substantial impact.

Working with the disposable HCS FAST system, it is estimated that a maximum of 15 minutes is required for a hotel room in departure and 10 minutes for a room in stay. The hourly cost established by the relevant National Collective Bargaining Agreement ranges from €18.00 to €23.00 depending on the type of work to be performed. Average savings for each impeccably sanitized room with a system validated in a healthcare environment is €3.30 per room.
