Innovation in the healthcare industry
Cleprin, a leader in hospital disinfection, has been committed to research and innovation for years. Collaboration with universities and public agencies, including the University of Salerno (Prof. Antonio Proto, Prof. Oriana Motta), has led to the realization of a 10-year project involving several scientific disciplines for the development of advanced methods of hospital infection prevention.
Operational model and training
The goal of the project is a state-of-the-art operational model to combat hospital infections, based on the use of simple, state-of-the-art systems that can reduce all possible sources of cross-contamination, while maintaining high quality standards of the materials used at low costs. In addition, the project includes training to specialize operators, complying with INAIL and ISS regulations.
Certifications and collaborations
The project has achieved European EPD certification and a patent for the system, thanks to expert input and field testing. Collaboration with the University of Salerno led to the implementation of the HCS FAST® System, which complies with the Minimum Environmental Criteria and green chemistry principles.

The benefits of the HCS FAST® System include prevention of cross-contamination, reduction of waste and costs, and the use of disinfectant products that comply with the guidelines of the Istituto Superiore di Sanità and INAIL.
